MORE than 80 firefighters tackled a massive blaze at Blackpool Pleasure Beach in the early hours today, which threatened the tallest rollercoaster in Europe. Twelve fire crews were called to the scene just after 1am, when flames engulfed a building under the Pepsi Max Big One. The fire started in the the shops complex and the Bean Street Food Court which fronts on to the promenade.
